THE PARK CITY SCOOP JOIN NOW
If you've spent any time scrolling through golf or Park City content lately, you've probably seen it a sweeping Toptracer range perched above the Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Valley peaks glowing on the horizon, and a vibe that looks nothing like a traditional golf club. That's ParOne at SkyRidge, and it opened in May 2026. Here's everything you need to know before you go.
ParOne is a public golf and social club located inside the SkyRidge resort community on the Jordanelle Reservoir, about 10 minutes from Park City, Utah. It sits at roughly 5,500 to 6,500 feet of elevation in the Wasatch Range — which means every shot you take comes with a backdrop that most golfers never get to experience on a Tuesday afternoon.
The name is a play on words. Say it out loud: par one. It's a clever nod to the facility's philosophy golf stripped of its stuffiness, designed around flexible play, accessible to anyone who wants in.
And "anyone" is literal. ParOne is fully public. No membership. No initiation fee. No committee to survive. You call the Golf Shop, book a time, and show up.
This is where ParOne gets genuinely interesting, because the property doesn't function like a traditional golf course. Instead, it's built as a flex course a single property that transforms throughout the day to offer completely different playing experiences depending on when you arrive.
The Bear Course is a 3-hole layout featuring one par-5, one par-4, and one par-3, each with panoramic views of the Jordanelle and Deer Valley. Morning-only (tee times before noon), at $40 per round with a cart included, it's one of the best views-per-dollar deals in the Park City market.
The Cub Course takes over in the afternoons a 9-hole short course where holes run 50 to 115 yards, built into the same terrain using six additional putting greens woven through the property. It's ideal for beginners, juniors, families, and experienced players working on their wedge game. $50 per round.
ParOne's 310-yard driving range is equipped with Toptracer across 30 hitting bays on two levels. The lower level features 15 heated cabanas with full food and beverage service (launching fall 2026). The upper level has 15 open-air bays. Sessions are time-based: $12 for 30 minutes or $20 for an hour of unlimited balls. For a range of this caliber in a mountain resort market, that pricing is exceptional and likely temporary.
Indoor simulator bays (The Den), PGA lessons, group clinics, a pro shop, and a practice green/bunker area complete the current offering. Director of Operations Brandan Albee a PGA professional who trained under two Top 100 instructors at Pebble Beach leads the instruction program.
Still ahead: full clubhouse dining, a luxury pro shop, and theStelle, a boutique mountain lodge with approximately 65 resort residences, a 5,000 sq ft spa, three dining concepts including a rooftop bar, and shuttle service to Deer Valley. ParOne is at the beginning of its story, not the middle.
ParOne at SkyRidge doesn't look like most golf facilities because it isn't trying to be one. It's built for people who want to actually play and have fun not people who want to belong to something. The views are world-class, the technology is current, and the access is genuinely open to everyone.

Thinking about buying at SkyRidge or trying to figure out how it stacks up against other communities around the Jordanelle?
This is where having an outside agent matters and that's exactly where I can help. I'm not tied to any single development or sales office, so I'll give you the real picture not the version that ends with a glossy brochure and a pressure close.
Every community out here is different. SkyRidge, Tuhaye, Victory Ranch, Klaim, Hideout Canyon, Deer Valley East Village, Shoreline, Shores at Stillwater, Soaring Hawk, Mayflower Lakeside, Keetley Ridge, Deer Waters, Lakeview Estates, Golden Eagle, Black Rock Ridge Estates, Retreat at Jordanelle, Amanti Lago ect... each one has its own HOA structure, rental policies, amenities, and build-out timeline. Those details shape your experience (and your investment) far more than the marketing ever will.
A good starting point is the Jordanelle Communities Comparison — A Vlog Style Video side-by-side look at pricing, amenities, and rental rules across every neighborhood around the reservoir.
When you're ready to talk, reach out. No pitch just honest answers, I have helped clients buy in nearly every single new neighborhood that has poped up around the Jordanelle.
