THE PARK CITY SCOOP JOIN NOW
I work with luxury buyers and sellers in Park City and Deer Valley who want clarity, not chaos, and strategy, not pressure. When you work with me, you get a calm, thoughtful guide who helps you make better decisions, protects you from costly mistakes, and treats your money like it matters, because it does. I was raised in Park City. This isn’t a market I discovered. It’s a place I’ve watched evolve for decades, it’s one I’ve lived through, which means I understand the nuances, micro-markets, and long-term patterns that don’t show up online. I combine that local depth with modern media, intelligent marketing, and negotiation grounded in preparation and empathy, not ego. I don’t believe in pushing people into deals; I believe in helping clients decide if it’s the right move at the right time, so they can move forward with confidence and peace of mind. If you want an advisor who understands luxury, negotiates like a pro, and markets like a media company, I'm the one you call.
A Personal Letter From Nicole
Let me start with the truth. You don't need another real estate agent. You need someone who will protect your time, your money, and your peace of mind when things get complicated, because they will. That's not pessimism. That's experience. If you're reading this, there's a good chance you're trying to make an important decision. Maybe you're buying. Maybe you're selling. Maybe you're simply trying to make a smart move in a market where the stakes are high and the margin for error is small. Either way, you want clarity, confidence, and someone in your corner who knows how to execute at a high level.
My story didn't start in luxury real estate. It started in a dance studio. More than twenty-five years of discipline, repetition, pressure, and learning how to perform when the lights were on and expectations were high. Dance taught me how to stay calm under pressure, prepare relentlessly, and deliver when it mattered most. Along the way, I even danced in Disney's High School Musical, which still makes people smile, but the biggest lesson wasn't about performing. It was about grit.
Eventually life changed. I traded ballet shoes for snowboard boots, became a ski bum in Park City, and started over from scratch. I didn't have a wealthy network, a family real estate business, or anyone handing me opportunities. It was just me, a camera, a laptop, and a decision that I was going to build something meaningful on my own terms. So I got to work. I filmed videos when nobody was watching. I kept showing up when it felt awkward. I invested in myself long before there was any guarantee it would pay off.
One thing many people don't know is that the beginning wasn't easy. Nobody pulled me aside and showed me the ropes. Nobody handed me business. I wasn't part of the established circle, and I certainly wasn't the obvious choice. There were moments when I felt overlooked, underestimated, or dismissed. Some people thought my videos were interesting, but didn't take them seriously. Instead of waiting for validation, I focused on getting better. I learned, adapted, stayed disciplined, and kept moving forward, even when progress felt slow and even when it felt like nobody was paying attention.
Then something interesting happened. My YouTube channel surpassed one million views and ultimately generated more than $50 million in real estate sales. The same people who hadn't paid much attention in the beginning suddenly knew exactly who I was. That experience taught me something I'll never forget. Recognition usually follows consistency, not the other way around.
While many agents were relying on expensive lead sources or waiting for business to come to them, I built something different. I built my own pipeline. I built my own audience. I built my own distribution platform. Instead of buying attention, I earned it by educating people about Park City. I made videos explaining neighborhoods, market trends, lifestyle, investment strategy, common buyer mistakes, and the local insights that only someone who has lived here for four decades can share. At first almost nobody watched. Then a few people did. Then hundreds. Then thousands. Today, that content has helped thousands of people better understand this market and has directly led to tens of millions of dollars in real estate sales. Not because I got lucky, but because I treated this like a business instead of a hobby.
Why does that matter to you? Because you're not hiring someone who stumbled into success. You're hiring someone who built a business one client, one transaction, and one solved problem at a time. I didn't inherit a reputation. I earned one. I hold myself to a high standard because that's what my clients deserve. I prepare thoroughly, communicate honestly, solve problems proactively, and keep moving forward when situations become challenging. Real estate is rarely perfect. That's exactly why experience matters.
I've lived in Park City for four decades. This town didn't just shape my career. It shaped who I am. I know the neighborhoods, the seasons, the market cycles, the hidden gems, and the subtle details that separate a beautiful home from a smart investment. In luxury real estate, small decisions can have enormous financial consequences. My job is to help you avoid costly mistakes and make confident, informed decisions. I take that responsibility seriously.
I'm also deeply committed to improving my craft. I invest heavily in coaching, negotiation training, business education, and personal development because my clients deserve someone who is constantly getting better, not someone who's coasting on yesterday's success. I've rebuilt my confidence more than once. I've lost fifty pounds. I've experienced seasons that tested me personally and professionally. Those experiences reinforced something I believe wholeheartedly. Discipline beats motivation. Consistency beats talent. The people who continue showing up, especially when it's difficult, are usually the ones who succeed.
Today I'm building something much bigger than a real estate business. My mission is to create the most trusted real estate YouTube channel in Park City. Not the flashiest. Not the loudest. The most valuable. I want to create a resource that helps people make smarter decisions, understand the market, and build trust long before they ever buy or sell a home. My next goal is to generate more than $50 million in annual real estate sales directly from that platform. Not because of ego or recognition, but because reaching that level means I'm helping more people, solving more problems, and creating something that continues to make a difference.
Every client who chooses to work with me becomes part of that mission. You're not simply hiring an agent. You're partnering with someone who has built a business through discipline, resilience, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to doing the work. If you're looking for someone who will simply tell you what you want to hear, I'm probably not the right fit. But if you want someone who will tell you the truth, prepare relentlessly, negotiate strategically, communicate clearly, and protect your interests as if they were my own, I think we'll work exceptionally well together.
Because this has never been just about buying or selling real estate. It's about making smart decisions, building long-term wealth, and moving forward with confidence. That's the mission, and it's the standard I bring to every client I have the privilege to represent.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Let's be honest. You're not hiring an agent. You're hiring a result.
When you're buying or selling a luxury property in one of the most competitive ski markets in the country, the difference between the right advisor and the wrong one isn't just frustrating. It can be incredibly expensive.
Here's what I see happen every day. Sellers either leave money on the table by pricing too low or overprice their home and watch it sit for months, sometimes even years, depending on the property. In luxury real estate, days on market matter. Once a home sits too long, buyers begin asking questions. If it falls out of contract, they immediately wonder what happened during inspections or why the previous buyer walked away. Whether those concerns are justified or not, momentum is lost, leverage shifts, and sophisticated buyers recognize an opportunity to negotiate. Generic marketing, average photography, and simply placing a home on the MLS are rarely enough. The buyers who can truly afford luxury properties aren't relying solely on Zillow to discover their next home. They need to be reached intentionally through the right marketing, the right relationships, and a global network that puts exceptional properties in front of the right audience.
On the buying side, I regularly see people overpay because they don't fully understand the market, comparable sales, or the long-term value of different neighborhoods. Others miss exceptional opportunities because they weren't prepared to move quickly when the right property became available. In Park City and Deer Valley, hesitation can be costly. Just as important, not every neighborhood offers the same lifestyle or investment potential. The differences between Canyons Village, Deer Valley East Village, Old Town, Park Meadows, or Promontory are far more nuanced than they appear online. Those details matter, and they directly impact both your experience and your investment.
The reality is simple. The wrong advisor often costs far more than any commission savings ever could.
So what does working with me actually look like?
I've spent nearly eight years helping clients navigate this market and have lived in Park City for four decades. I know the neighborhoods, the market cycles, the buyers, and the subtle details that influence value over time. I know which buildings have hidden challenges, which locations consistently outperform, and which properties look impressive online but deserve a closer look before you write an offer.
Most importantly, I'll tell you the truth, even when it's not the easiest thing to hear. My responsibility isn't to tell you what you want to hear. It's to help you make the best possible decision.
If you're selling, your home is strategically positioned, not simply listed. Backed by Christie's International Real Estate and supported by a media platform I've built from the ground up, your property is exposed to qualified buyers locally, nationally, and internationally. The goal isn't more views. It's reaching the right buyers who are prepared to act.
If you're buying, you gain an advisor who moves quickly, communicates honestly, identifies opportunities before many buyers ever see them, and helps you avoid expensive mistakes. You'll have access to off-market opportunities when available, thoughtful guidance throughout the process, and someone who understands how to compete successfully when the right property appears.
From strategy and pricing to marketing, negotiation, due diligence, inspections, and closing, I manage every step with precision because details matter.
I also believe your most valuable assets aren't just your money. They're your time, your attention, your effort, your energy, and your peace of mind.
That's exactly how I approach every client relationship. I treat those resources as carefully as if they were my own.
WHAT MAKES NICOLE UNIQUE
Most agents moved here in the last 5–10 years. I've lived the transformation of Park City from sleepy ski town to luxury hotspot. I don’t just know neighborhoods I am the neighborhood. That’s unmatched credibility.
Other agents buy leads. I created the most-watched Park City real estate channel and turned it into over $50M in sales. That’s proof of innovative marketing, not just talk.
I don’t treat a $5M listing the same way as a $500K condo. Cinematic story-telling and lifestyle videos, high-end staging strategy, and a Christie ’s-level marketing plan put your listings in front of the exact affluent buyers who want them.
I'm trained in Chris Voss–style tactical empathy and negotiation. While most agents fumble under pressure, I calmly extract the best terms and protect my clients’ bottom line like a pro.
Now a days trying to snowboarding or ski 60+ days a year if its a good year, deep ties in the ski and mountain culture, and a luxury-living lifestyle that resonates with buyers and sellers. I am the brand my clients want to buy into.
I don’t just “list” a property. I manage every detail A–Z from pre-listing prep, photography, and storytelling videos to negotiation, closing, and even post-sale follow-up. Sellers feel they’ve hired more than an agent they’ve hired a marketing firm + negotiator + concierge in one.
I am not just another agent with a yard sign. I align with Christie’s one of the most respected luxury brands in the world. That credibility elevates my clients’ listings to a global audience of high-net-worth buyers.
8. We May Not Be the Right Fit
Luxury representation isn't the cheapest option, and it isn't designed to be. My clients hire me because they want someone who protects their money, negotiates aggressively, prevents expensive mistakes, and gives them access to decades of local knowledge and the global reach of Christie's International Real Estate. It sounds like saving on commission is very important to some people. If that's your highest priority, would it be ridiculous to say we're probably not the best fit? I only take on clients who see their real estate advisor as a strategic partner, not someone whose value is measured by the number of doors they unlock. How would it make sense for either of us to invest months building a relationship if we're not aligned from the beginning? If we're a fit, you'll get everything I've got. If we're not, there's absolutely no hard feelings. I'd rather know on day one than after months of working together. Life is too short to work with people who don't trust each other.
